This evening I received more than eight comments from… Asna. No she does not have any Blogger account, filled her name in and a URL which would direct the clicker to a game site for preschoolers. Merepek gila her comments, all on posts relating to her. This was one of them, taken from a post earlier this year.
“hahaha so cute lame! pohdoh la!”
Asna thinks that lame means “funny”. She’ll go around and tell guests at home, guests being my friends and cousins, “You’re so lame!” and would proceed laughing alone. Yea, it’s that pathetic. She’d explain:
“You’re so lame means you’re so funny”
To the next issue — “pohdoh”. Took me seconds to realize what this “pohdoh” might actually mean. I assumed it’s “bodoh”, yes, not a good word for kids to say, but I wonder whether she knew what it means. Kids pickup words from places (like pre-schools) and use it without knowing what it really means anyway (like lame — okay, the lame part was my fault, because I told her to call my brother lame because his jokes aren’t funny, actually).
And she went offline before I got the chance to ask her what “idiot” means to her.
Tsk. Much discussion needed later on, I need to tell her saying “pohdoh” is mean, too.
