Asna wore a yellow dress to a wedding yesterday afternoon. She thought she was pretty – with a vintage faux pearl headband on her head and tied hair. Despite not liking makeup as much after I made her up into Joker once upon a time, she asked whether I could help her apply eyeshadows. I agreed. Colors seemed to look a lot more magical on a six-year-old’s flawless skin. Then she asked whether she could have red cheeks, wear lipstick and actually asked that I put on liquid eyeliner on her face (she had bad experience, when she was a toddler I drew her into a cat with liquid eyeliners).
Yesterday, I did whatever she asked lah. This is a once in a year opportunity to play makeup-makeup with Asna (again)!
She then asked me to take pictures of her within “100 seconds” and that I must “put it on Stripped”.
I gave her directions:
“Asna, please do a normal face”
“Asna, please do an old lady’s face”
