A chiffon kurung for raya

Altelia Amani Modern Kurung

Over the years I’ve never really bothered about preparing for raya. My mom buys materials for the whole family and sends them to our tailor in Ipoh. Before I know it, there’ll be a new baju, wrapped in clear plastic and hung on my wardrobe. This year, I’m more involved.

Apart from the modern kurung from Nurita Harith (final fitting soon, excited!), I got another pair from Altelia Amani. It’s now being altered and hopefully, they’ll be done with it soon. I’m a sucker for plain colored kurung and flowy chiffon skirts, I realize.

Now, thank goodness we’re getting early salary next month!

I don’t really alter my clothes, but my mom says Ruth at KLCC does a decent job. My cousin pulak recommends Za Altera 🙂
