It’s a common fact that Japan has a lot of weird things in store. That includes this Magic Towel found at Akihabara, which responds to heat. Under room temperature, the towel features a lady dressed in a bathing robe. According to the description, as soon as the towel is exposed to high temperature (e.g. a sauna room), the bathrobe will magically disappear, exposing the lady entirely.
The idea of it is pretty neat (the fact that the towel is able to respond to heat, not disappearing bathrobe), but you know what’s more interesting than this? Close by, I spotted a guy rubbing a sample of the towel between his palms in hopes of heating the towel up. He was clearly aiming at you-know-where.
