I was helping Asna do her arts and craft homework this one evening. She was supposed to observe how I do it, but instead, was holding my mum’s iPad, engrossed in doing something.
I knew she was taking selfies, because she was making hideous faces — like flaring her nostrils, raising both her brows and staying still before she taps the screen.
I don’t know what’s gotten into her. These days when she’s in front of the camera, she’ll make really fugly faces. Like this time we were at the Japanese restaurant at Sogo:
My mum told her to stop messing and that people will laugh at her if she continues doing it, but she insisted that people will still like her lol.
Yesterday I was going through the pictures on my mum’s iPad and found plenty of her selfies. Quickly, I forwarded them all to my email. Here are the kind of pictures she takes with it, made uglier with the help of Photo Booth:
Presenting Asna’s most recent collection of ugly selfies:
The last one, I cannot tahan.
“This one took me a while,” she says.
