Asna’s back earlier this week. Since she’s still on holiday she’s been hanging out with us a lot to play games at night. Today’s one of those days where I feel like asking for her thoughts on life.
On the newspaper in front of me there was a story on domestic violence, so I asked:
“Asna, is it OK for husband and wife to hit each other?”
“They’ll have a really bad relationship.”
She was sitting on the floor, trying to pick up the beads she spilled on the carpet, when she added:
“Gaduh is OK, but long as it’s not too harsh.”
Then, out of the blue:
“You don’t go hitting Abang Reza! If you hit him, I’ll kill you.”
