I think I know the chain you&#39;re referring to! I waited for a long time, but order of a single plate nigiri sushi came only after I talked to the manager. Before that I was given &#39;the signal&#39;. I went home and wrote to their HQ, got a call from them and sent me a couple of discount vouchers for the feedback.<br /><br />However, I&#39;ve stopped going there because of the service.

My family and I had lunch at this famous japanese chain in curve. All the tables were not cleared up and it was really disgusting. There was only one person on duty, poor guy but I mean come on!! Very disappointing, so we left!
